Signing up takes a couple of minutes and is available on the website and in the mobile app.

1. 1Click “Log in” in the top right corner and choose “Create account”.
2. 2Enter your email or phone number and set a password. You can also continue with Google or Apple.
3. 3Confirm your contact with a six-digit code sent to your email or via WhatsApp/SMS.

One account works for both buying and selling — there is no separate seller registration.

On the sign-in screen, click “Forgotten your password?” and enter the linked email or phone number — we'll send a six-digit code. Enter the code and set a new password. If you signed up with Google or Apple, just log in the same way — no password needed.

If you've lost access to the linked email or phone number, write to us at info@sdelka.kz or on WhatsApp with any proof that the account is yours (the linked phone number, email, titles of your listings) — we'll help you restore access.

Click the “Post a listing” button in the site header — it takes you to your dashboard.

1. 1Choose the listing type: established business, franchise, startup, or commercial property.
2. 2Fill in the details: title, category, city, price, description, and financials.
3. 3Add 1 to 10 photos — quality photos noticeably increase the number of inquiries.
4. 4Submit the listing for review.

Most listings are checked automatically within minutes; if a manual review by a moderator is needed, it takes up to 48 hours.

Right after submission, your listing is checked by an automated system — in most cases the result is ready within minutes.

If the listing needs an additional manual review by a moderator, it takes up to 48 hours. We'll notify you in your dashboard and by email.

The rejection notification always lists the specific reasons. The most common ones are:

1. 1Contact details in the description or photos — phone numbers, links, and social media go only in the dedicated fields.
2. 2Photo issues — screenshots and low-quality images are not allowed.
3. 3Duplicate — the same offer cannot be published more than once.
4. 4Advertising content or a misleading title.
5. 5Inconsistencies in the financial figures.

Fix the issues and resubmit the listing for review — it's free. If you believe the rejection is a mistake, write to us at info@sdelka.kz.

In your dashboard, open “My listings”, choose the listing, and make your changes. After edits to key fields — title, description, photos, or category — the listing goes through review again.

To take a listing down, choose “Unpublish” and select a reason — for example, “Sold”. The listing moves to the archive. Note: restoring a listing from the archive after its publication period has expired is a paid service.

Each listing page has “Show number” and “Send message” buttons. You need to log in to view contacts — this protects sellers from spam. Every reveal uses one contact credit: 5 reveals are free, and the PRO subscription gives you more.

The built-in chat is the most reliable channel: the conversation history is saved, and the seller gets notified about new messages. On some listings the seller approves contact requests manually — in that case the number is revealed after approval.

Your phone number is never shown publicly. A buyer sees it only after logging in and requesting your contacts on the listing page.

A listing can also require contact approval: each request then comes to you first, and the number is revealed only to the buyers you approve.

Basic posting is free: every user can keep one active business-for-sale listing. Posting franchises and startups, as well as additional listings, is available with a subscription.

Paid options include listing promotion — Hot, Recommended, highlighting, and auto-raise — as well as restoring a listing from the archive and extra contact packs.

PRO is the plan for regular sellers: more active listings, no expiration (listings don't get archived), access to closed PRO listings, a higher contact reveal limit, a PRO badge, and discounts on promotion.

The subscription costs 16,990 ₸ per month, or 169,990 ₸ per year (two months free). You can subscribe in your dashboard under “Subscriptions”.

A few simple rules when buying a business:

1. 1Never pay in advance before meeting in person, checking the documents, and signing an agreement.
2. 2Verify the seller: request incorporation documents and check the BIN on egov.kz.
3. 3Keep the conversation in the Sdelka chat — in case of a dispute, the message history helps resolve the situation.
4. 4Be wary if the price is far below market and the seller is rushing the deal.

On the listing page, click “Report a violation” and choose a reason — for example, fraud, inaccurate information, or a duplicate. You don't need to log in. Our moderation team will review the report and take action.

If the situation is urgent — for example, you've transferred money to a scammer — message us on WhatsApp or at info@sdelka.kz right away and contact the police.
